Our English speaking driver will give a general overview regarding the history of the sites and monuments while in the car before you enter. He will allow all the time you need to visit with NO RUSHING as in group tours. By Italian law he is unable to conduct guiding inside museums, monuments, etc.
If you prefer a private Licensed tour guide, he/she will narrate from both inside the vehicle and will also enter the sites with you. Official Licensed guides are selected by us.
Pickup to the Port:
the driver will wait your clients at the pier just outside the ship with a sign with their name on.
Pickup to the Hotel, B&B or similars:
If we are picking you up from pick up locations for a transfer and you keep our chauffeur waiting more than 15 minutes, a surcharge for the waiting time will apply.
Pickup to the Airport:
The driver will meet you near the Meeting Point just outside baggage claim area with a sign with your name on.
Pickup to the Train Station:
The driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall of the train station, at the beginning of the track , when your train arrives, holding up a sign with your name on.
We will not be held liable for missed flights due to airline decisions to cancel flights or for damaged luggage due to clients choice of vehicle size. Our Company and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage which would result in the car being unsafe (Please make sure you choose and book the appropriate vehicle type if you have more luggage, for example preferring a mini-van instead of sedan).
Waiting time:
Our fare will change if you request our driver to provide stops or other pick-ups on the way.
Please ask our office for the extra charge that could incurring.
Rates may change ONLY if the passenger requests the driver to wait or do extra stops or pickups.
Airport Rates include a 60 minute waiting time after the flight has officially landed and parking fees.
An extra cost of 30,00 Euro per hour will be charged for waiting time for vehicle.
Train Station Rates include 30 minutes wait.
An extra cost of 30,00 Euro per hour will be charged for waiting time for vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Without prepayment or credit card numbers required:
We do not ask prepayment or credit card numbers to reserve the most patr of our services. In case of your problems or deleted arrive, please advise us – up to 48 hours before – on our mobile number: +39 351 2187924 (SMS/WhatsApp) or contact us.
We will not charge to you money for “NO SHOW” but so our driver will not wait uselessly. Thanks for your cooperation.
With prepayment or credit card numbers required:
There will be a full charge for booking cancelled with less than 48 hour notice for any service required. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, please advise us on time (as soon as you know ) or a full charge will be made. Please give us enough time so we can accept other reservations and allocate them to our drivers. If the ship does not make it to the pier due to severe weather conditions you will not be considered responsible and therefore NO CHARGES will be made to your credit card although a FULL CHARGE.
